Payment & Cancellation Policy​

Payment Terms Conditions

·     All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to TravelEnfield.

·     The all itinerary (which is mentioned in the package) is tentative and subjected to change without prior notice.

Payment Policy

For Domestic Package:

·     20% of your package cost is required to book any package as token amount.

·     30% of your package cost is required to pay after you get your Hotel Confirmation Vouchers.

·     Rest 50% can be paid on your arrival.

For International Package:

·     100% advance for booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

For Domestic Package

·     Cancellation done from 90 days prior to the departure date, charges are 40 % of full package cost.

·     Cancellation done from 30 days prior to the departure date, charges are 60 % of full package cost.

·     Cancellation done from 15 days prior to the departure date, charges are 100 % of full package cost.

For International Package

·     Once the booking confirmed no refund.

- NOTE: 5% File Charges will be applicable on your package cost for any kind of cancellation at any time.

- Token amount/Booking amount is not refundable at cost.

Refund Policy

TravelEnfield initiates the refund within 48 working hours (if applicable) after necessary approvals. After this it takes 5 - 7 working days for the credit to be visible in your respective bank accounts.
